Present: Jim Wettlaufer, Earl Johnson, Christian Petersen
Motion 04232008-1: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Jim Wettlaufer to accept the minutes of April 16, 2008 meeting as read, all in favor.
Discussion about the District Veteran’s Representative-no decision finalized.
The Selectmen will be sending a referendum vote for the Town Ballot on the regionalization of Holland/Wales.

Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 04232008-2: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m., all in favor.
